This comprehensive curriculum is designed to meet the needs of busy sales and service people by providing tremendous flexibility of learning. You will save time, travel expenses and most importantly, increase your sales and service success.

How Does It Work?

In this program you will design your curriculum to meet the specific needs of your job requirements and current skill level. You will complete on-line training, one subject at a time and receive coaching and feedback. The five step process is outlined below.

It's not a one size fits all world and this is not a one size fits all curriculum. Whether you are in a service, retail, distribution or manufacturing industry, this program is designed to fit your needs. You will begin the process of customizing your curriculum by selecting the competencies that pertain to your specific sales environment.

After completing the assessment course recommendations will be generated based on the assessment results. You will be able to immediately enroll in classes.



After you enroll in your specific courses, you will attend a kick off session on April 21 on the University of Milwaukee Campus. During this session, you will receive instructions for completing your e-learning modules, for submitting exercises and you will be introduced to your coaches whom will be available to you throughout the curriculum.

We will also present the Essential Sales Skills Consultative Sales Model, which is foundation to this curriculum.

Don't be fooled by impostors! There are many so called "e-learning" programs on the marketplace that are really no more than Power Point presentations with voice over. Rest assured that our e-learning programs are nothing like that.

Our e-learning modules are designed with the adult learner in mind. You will start by learning about the key concepts introduced in the module. Then, you will practice and review the material presented. Because our goal is to duplicate what you would traditionally learn in the classroom, we provide you with many different practice scenarios which simulate real life sales and service situations and experiences. You will interact with virtual customers and receive feedback based on your choices and your customer's responses. Each of our modules are packed with engaging practice and review exercises that you may access at anytime to perfect your skills and knowledge.


During this program, you will work independently, but you will never be alone. Through ESS Support Link, you will receive messages from your coach, submit exercises to your coach that are required at the completion of each module and receive feedback from your coach.

Additionally, you may post open comments and questions to the peer group that you met at the kick off session. Many of your peers may be working on the same modules as you are and those that are not, may already be experts on that competency and can provide valuable tips and feedback.

  


After all course work has been completed and submitted to your coach you'll attain your certification.
