Assessment and Evaluation Tools
DVR Learning offers several comprehensive assessments that are used for the purposes of performance assessment aligned to competencies. Use these in support of curriculum, career-pathing and candidate evaluation. For specific examples, please contact DVR Learning.
Skills and Knowledge Assessments (SKA)
The DVR Learning Skills and Knowledge Assessments measure skills aligned to competencies. We include these in our learning curriculums as pre and post measurement. These are powerful tools to help you prioritize group training needs, allow users to “test out” of modules and align the curriculum to individual needs. DVR will submit knowledge gains for each user upon completion of the curriculum. These measures may be used for certification purposes. These are also excellent tools for assessing skills and knowledge of candidates as compared to existing sales staff and top performers. We offer a comprehensive library of assessments aligned to common competencies and will customize these to measure both soft skills and other technical or industry skills and knowledge.
Strengths and Key Motivators Assessment (SKM)
This comprehensive assessment provides insights into certain traits and behaviors that are common to top performers in specific roles. This assessment requires a benchmark of your top performers who not only excel in their positions, but are also fulfilled in that particular role. Use this assessment to align potential candidates to specific roles. This assessment also provides insights for career-pathing, mobility and talent management within an organization. Traits include and are not limited to; change readiness, strategic thinking, energy/drive, ingenuity and resourcefulness, optimism, tolerance for uncertainty, mechanical inclination, management inclination, task vs. relationship orientation, organization and DISC behavioral traits.
Application Exercises and Evaluation
Learning is only as effective as it is applied to the job. Therefore, all of DVR’s core programs include exercises that encourage the learner to apply concepts on-the-job. These are evaluated by coaches who provide written feedback and measure how effectively learners apply skills to real-life situations.
Post Curriculum Impact Survey/Evaluation
Learners and their managers complete an online evaluation of the impact of the Essential Sales and Service Skills Curriculum. This survey captures quantifiable data regarding the impact of implementing their new skills, such as additional sales dollars, market penetration, and other goals as set by the learner at the start of the program.
Multi-Rater Traits Valuation (360)
Use this to measure the behavioral change of learners. Send a request to up to five evaluators including key customers. Raters evaluate learners on the core competencies learned in the Essential Sales and Service Skills Curriculum or other competencies.
