Overview
The Essential Sales Skills Curriculum and Certification Program is a proven method for increasing sales relationships and outcomes. This program aligns competencies and assessments to online curriculum, coaching and measurement for optimal behavioral change and sales effectiveness. This program can be presented completely virtual or as a blended learning curriculum.

What’s included in the per module investment?
Skills and Knowledge Assessments – These are powerful online marketing tools to help you sell the ESS Curriculum. The skills and knowledge assessments help you prioritize group training needs, allow users to “test out” and align curriculum to individual needs. Your customers will appreciate the value of these as coaching tools as well.
State of the Art e-Learning Modules – Our core sales and service curriculum consists of nine interactive and engaging e-Learning modules. We recommend that you market the modules as a full curriculum with the opportunity for individuals to test out where applicable.
No Upfront Financial Investment for You or Your Customers – Our technology will track the modules that your member companies utilize. We will report usage and collect payment on a monthly basis. While we encourage you to gain commitments for full curriculum’s from your customers, this option gives you and your customers the flexibility to “pay as you go” .
Measurables – DVR will provide the tools for you to measure reaction, learning, transfer and impact when working with companies or other entities. These tools are included in our DVR Impact Tool.
Communication Tools – DVR Impact is a web-application that we have created to accommodate the assessment, measurement and deployment of training interventions. Included with your modules are the assessments aligned to curriculum, the ability to assign users and companies to modules, the ability to communicate with individual learners and send and receive docs between you and them, the ability to monitor performance, a 360 tool for learners, coach and others to evaluate behavioral change as a result.
Just in Time – Coaching, Training and Follow-up Tools – Learning is only as effective as it is coached. We recommend that the e-learning modules are introduced consecutively with time between sessions for coaching and reinforcement. Included with each module you have the following options:
- Transfer Exercises – Each module includes post module exercises that encourage the learner to apply the skills learned on the job. All of the subsequent coaching materials are designed to support and encourage this application.
- Just In Time Online Coaching – DVR will provide the interface for you to interact with learners virtually. This allows learners to “chat” with peers and with you. It also allows you to send and receive learner exercises and submit feedback. DVR will provide virtual coaches for you for a small fee per module. These coaches also provide guidance via e-mail and phone support.
- Training/Coaching Materials for Meetings – DVR will provide you with several sample meeting agendas and activities. You may use these materials to support e-learning via live training or coaching conducted by yourself or your customers. The materials provide content for 1-4 hour training/coaching sessions per module. You may use them to train your customers after participating in e-learning or you may give or sell them to your customers to do the same. Your call!
- Ongoing Training Activity Support – We will provide you with resources that you may choose to e-mail to your customers including sample tips and activities for supporting the training.
Branding – We understand the importance of identity and personal branding. Your logo will be prominently featured on the login screens and at top of all screens within DVR Impact.
Customized Training Solutions – We have built our business on offering customized solutions for our clients and customers. If your clients require customization of the modules, we are happy to accommodate that request and will work with you to provide an appropriate quotation of fees.
